This series of granulators is a newly developed multi-purpose wet granulation equipment based on the YSL granulator developed and produced by Yuan. It not only improves the shortcomings of the original wet continuous push rod granulator in use, but also adopts the method of internal stirring teeth and external rotating drum in the second stage granulation section, which not only meets the quality requirements of granulation, but also solves the problem of some materials sticking to the wall due to excessive viscosity and humidity. The machine mainly consists of a uniform feeding part, a first-stage granulation section, a second-stage granulation section, a first-stage power part, a second-stage stirring tooth part, a second-stage cylinder transmission part, a granulation bin part, and a frame part.

The machine consists of a body part, a granulation rotor part, and a transmission part. The working principle is that the material enters the machine from the feed port at one end of the body, is continuously pushed by the granulation rotor, and performs mechanical movement with the casing to achieve the purpose of granulation, and the finished particles are pushed out of the machine at the other end of the body. The rotor is driven by the motor and reducer of the transmission device. The transmission part and the body part are mostly fixed on the same frame. This not only has a reasonable structure and stable operation, but also is easy to install. It is a fertilizer production equipment of the new era.

The organic fertilizer combined granulator is used to granulate various organic matter after fermentation. It breaks through the conventional organic matter granulation process. The raw materials do not need to be dried before granulation. The raw materials can be directly mixed after crushing to process spherical particles, which can save a lot of energy. The produced particles are spherical, with an organic content of up to 99%, realizing pure organic granulation. The organic particles can be embedded and grown together under certain conditions, and no adhesive is added during granulation.
