Product Description:
Flat die granulator is based on the circular motion of the motor and the friction force makes the pressing rod rotate. The temperature is generated between the pressing rod and the particles. The powdery material is gelatinized at high temperature and discharged from the die hole under the extrusion of the pressing rod. Then the particles are sent out of the machine through the throwing plate. Finally, the length of the particles is controlled by the cutter. It is an ideal equipment for organic fertilizer production and feed production.
